【Abstract】 Total DNA was extracted from tender leaves of semi-cultural soybean (G. gracilis). The rbcS containing the whole coding region for Rubisco small subunit was amplified by PCR and then cloned and sequenced. This gene was subjected to homology analysis from PCGENE package, and the phylogenetic tree of Rubisco small subunit from different plants was constructed by neighbor-joining method of MEGA 1. 02 package.更多还原
