【Abstract】 In this essay a new kind of ECG telemetry and monitoring system based on public telephone network is presented,which is able to transfer total four channels ECGs of two patients to the monitoring center sited at hospital synchronizingly. After transmission doctors may make diagonoses and give some suggestion for treatment. The system has a lot of functions such as real time sample, store, reviewing, freezing, windows, and printing.
