PA2自由场听力计筛查婴幼儿听力障碍的研究

【摘要】 目的 为对婴幼儿早期进行较准确的听力监测,并根据我国具体情况测出0~3岁各年龄段平均听力参考值常模.方法 利用PA2自由场听力计分别于2000Hz、1000Hz、500Hz对2008名婴幼儿进行听力筛查.结果 实践证明该方法是一种准确性较高的检测手段(特异度99.47%,准确度94.62%).经Logistic分析低出生体重(<2500g)、高胆红素血症、孕早期病毒感染、缺氧窒息,耳毒性药物、噪声及过期产与婴幼儿听力障碍呈密切相关性(P<0.01).结论 根据我国 0~3岁年均听力参考值常模(PA2),可利用PA2自由场听力计半定量,筛查婴幼儿听力.

【Abstract】 ve To monitor infant hearing loss and determine the average hearing reference values in normal form of 0 to 3 years infant according to our country specific conditions. Methods Use the pediatric audiometer 2 (PA2.) screening 2 008 infant with 2 000Hz, 1 000Hz, 500Hz. Results The method was more accurate by practice, specificity was 99.47%,accuracy was 94. 62%. By Logistic analysis the factors related to hearing loss were lower birth weight, hyperbilirubinemia, virus infection in early pregnancy, suffocation, ear-poisonning drugs, noise and overdue pregnency(P<0.01). Conclusion According to the normal form (PA2) of hearing valuses we can use the-PA2 screening infant hearing loss in ordinary condition.
