【摘要】 本文通过对360例鼻咽病变疑为鼻咽癌病人用特制穿刺针进行穿刺负压抽吸细胞学检查,并与病理组织学检查进行对照,在发现的171例鼻咽癌患者中,细胞学检查阳性159例,其中一次阳性154例,达90.06%。据此,作者认为穿刺负压抽吸细胞学与组织学诊断结果接近,特别是在粘膜下型鼻咽癌诊断上细咆学检查有一定临床实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of cytologic and histopathologic examination on 360 patients with sus- pected nasopharyngeal illness were evaluated.The cytologic diagnosis used special punc- ture needle and negative pressure to take cells in all patients.The diagnosis positive rate of Cytology and routine biopsy was compared.Result showed that among the 171 cases of confirmed nasopharyngeal carcinoma,154 cases were found positive at the first time of puncture (90.06%) and 149 cases by routine biopsy (87.13%).It was suggested that cytologic diagnosis rate of the negative pressure puncture was higher than that of routine biopsy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma,especialy for patients with suhmucosal car- cinoma.更多还原
