区级电力调度指挥管理及通讯系统
District Power Dispatch Management and Communication System
【摘要】 介绍了区级电力调度关于电力线路运行模拟图指挥控制系统、计算机综合管理系统以及与调度中心、各变电所的通讯系统。特别论述了三个系统的基本功能、计算机硬件配置及软件结构设计。
