【Abstract】 This paper discusses the measuring methods of grounding resistance. A newtype of measuring method which uses higher-order spectrum is developed. Compared withpower spectrum method, the new method can restrain Gaussian disturbance and harmonic disturbance, therefore, can measure grounding resitance more accurately.
