【摘要】 本文提出一种测量单次冲击电压的仪器—SE—100冲击电压测量仪。该仪器用于测量高压试验中的雷电波和操作波。为适应雷电波瞬态过程的特点，该仪器采样速率高达100MS／s，测量精度达0．5％。仪器由PC机控制，借助CRT，上的软面板实现入机接口。本文论述该仪器的设计原理并给出试验结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 An instrument for measuring single-impulse voltage, SE-100, is provided in this paper. The instrument may be used for measuring lightning surges and switching surges in exPeriment of high-voltage. The sample-rate is 100MS/s and accuracy is 0. 5% in our instru-ment. It can satisfy the need of instantaneous measurement. The instrument is controlled by PC’s soft-panel on the CRT- Hurnan-machine interface is realized.
