【摘要】 苦马豆素饮水（３μｇ／ｍｌ）或配合皮下注射（４～１２ｍｇ／ｋｇ／ｄ）对小白鼠移植性肿瘤Ｓ１８０的抑制率为３０．５７％～４０．７６％（Ｐ＜０．０１），苦马豆素饮水兼皮下注射并配合干扰素（１５０００ＩＵ／ｋｇ）或聚肌胞（１００μｇ／只）对Ｓ１８０的抑制率为５９．２４％～６９．４３％（Ｐ＜０．０１），实验认为苦马豆素饮水兼皮下注射并配合聚肌胞是抑制Ｓ１８０较为理想的组合；苦马豆素单独使用或与干扰素或聚肌胞联用对小白鼠移植肿瘤ＡＲＳ的生命延长率为２．３５％～２３．５３％（Ｐ＞０．０５）。更多还原

【Abstract】 When swainsonine was sdministered to the mice in drinking water (3μg/ml) or/and subcutaneous injection(4-12mg/kg/d) for 8 d,the inhibition rates of s 180 tumor-bearing mice were 30.57%-40.67%(P<0.01).When swainsonine (in drinking water) in combilation with α-Interforn(15000iu/kg IM) or Poly I:C(100μg),the inhibition rates of the tumor were 59.2%-69.43% (P<0.01.).When swainsonine in combilation with either α-Interferon or PolyI:C were used,The mean survival time of the mice with Tumor ARS were increased to 2.35%-23.53%(P<0.05).更多还原
