【Abstract】 In view of the character of zinc die castings, surface preparation of and coatings on the castings were studied. Cathodic electrocleaning process, activating solution of mixed acids and non cyanide plating process were provided. It is shown by the experimental results that good adhesion between coating and substrate can be obtained and the coating can pass 120 hours neutral salt solution spray test.更多还原
