低压开关触头钎焊界面超声成象系统及检测与评价技术

【摘要】 介绍了超声无损检测图象处理系统的构成和原理。针对低压开关触头的结构特点,提出超声无损检测策略。给出了利用超声图象处理系统检测低压开关触头钎焊缺陷的实例,并对所检测的试样进行解剖与对比分析。试验结果表明,该系统检测效率高、精度高、可靠性高、性能价格比高,检测策略切实可行,尤其适应于电触头钎焊缺陷的检测
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the principle and construction of ultrasonic NDT imaging processing system. In the light of the construction feature of electric contact,strategies of ultrasonic NDT are put forward. The testing examples are given and the test samples are dissected and analysed.The results indicate that the system has high precision,efficency,reliability and cost performance and the strategy is feasible.This research is suitable for testing electric contact braze defect.
