【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性布鲁氏菌病（简称布病）性功能低下的发病机理及有效治疗方剂。方法:通过测定66例慢性布病患者及感染布氏菌后不同病期实验豚鼠,血清中促黄体生成素（LH）、促卵胞生成素（FSH）、雌二醇（E₂）和睾酮（T）含量,并与正常组对比,观察其性腺系统的功能状态;通过用补肾壮力方剂（胶囊或煎剂）,治疗本组具有性腺系统功能减退病人和实验豚鼠（感染后6个月）,观察该方剂对改善性腺系统功能的治疗效果。结果:慢性布病人及不同病期实验豚鼠（甲、乙组）,血清中LH、FSN、E₂和T含量出现明显变化,与正常组比较具有显著差异（P<0.05或P<0.01）,经用补肾壮力胶囊或煎剂治疗后,病人及实验豚鼠血清中T和E₂含量增高,LH和FSH含量下降,与正常组比较均无显著差异（P>0.05）,其治疗病人的总有效率为83.33％。结论:性腺（睾丸）功能减退,是慢性布病人（男性）性功能低减的重要原因。补肾壮力方剂,对慢性布病（男性）性功能低下病人有较好疗效,其疗效是通过作用和调节性腺系统功能而获得的。更多还原

【Abstract】 To inquire into pathogenesis and effective treating prescription of sexual under-function of chronic brucellosis. Methods:The functional state of sexual gland system of sixty-six cases of chronic brucellosis and different period experimental guinea pigs that were infected with brucella were observed by measuring content of luteiniz-ing hormone(LH), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), estradiol(E2)and lestosferone(T)in serum. The sexual under-function patients and experimental guinea pigs (after infecting six months) were treated with enriching kidney and strengthening capsule(or decoction).Treating effect was observed.Results:The content of LH,FSH,E2 and T in serum of patients of chronic brucellosis and different period experimental guinea pigs(The first and second group) changed obviously. As compared with the control group, the difference was obvious( P < 0.05 or P < 0. 01) . After treating with enriching kidney and strengthening capsule (or decoction), the content of T and E3 in serum of patients and experimental guinea pigs increased. The content of LH and FSH in serum of patients and experimental guinea pigs decreased. The total effective rates of treating patients were 83.33% . Conclusion:The decreasing function of sexual gland(testis)were major reason of sexual under-function of patients of chronic brucellosis (male) . Enriching kidney and strengthening prescription was effective in treating chronic brucellosis patients by affecting and adjusting function of sexual gland system.更多还原
