D01活动制氮设备模拟训练系统的研制

【摘要】 采用模糊逻辑、自动控制和多媒体等技术,系统地解决了D01活动制氮设备的模拟训练问题,研制成功一套模拟训练系统。该系统具有实际装备操作演示、制氮工艺流程动态介绍、指导性模拟操作、训练考核、系统故障诊断和多媒体帮助等功能。试用表明,用该系统培养操作手可以缩短训练时间四分之三,节约训练费用十分之九,并且安全可靠。

【Abstract】 Fuzzy logic,automatic control and multimedia were used to solve a series of problems concerning a simulating training of the D01 mobile nitrogen plant, and developed a set of simulating training system.The system developed has functions such as demonstration of training with real plants, dynamic introduction to working process of nitrogen-making, simulating training with instruction,training test,fault diagnostics and multi-media help et al.Experiments showed that the system developed is reliable and practicable and can be used to save three fourth of training time and nine tenth of training expense.
