添加Sm211对MTG-Y123临界电流密度的影响
EFFECTS OF Sm211 ADDITIONS ON THE CRITICAL CURRENT DENSITY OF MTG Y123
【摘要】 适量Sm2BaCuO5(Sm211)的掺入改善了熔融织构YBa2Cu3Oy(MTGY123)的临界电流密度特性,并且在磁化曲线中出现第二峰现象(鱼尾现象).在950℃进行高温处理后,第二峰消失,并且临界电流密度也降低了,其后的吸氧处理不能完全恢复后处理前的临界电流密度特性.这可能是因为形成了(Y,Sm)123,且局域富Sm的(Y,Sm)123中Sm代替Ba形成低Tc相造成的.我们还对比了加及不加Sm211相样品的磁悬浮力及其随时间衰减行为.
【Abstract】 Abstract Melt textured growth YBa 2Cu 3O y (MTG Y123) with certain Sm 2BaCuO 5(Sm211) additions showed an improved critical current density characteristic and a second peak in the magnetization curve. The post annealing at 950℃ reduced the critical current density and eliminated the second peak. The followed oxygenation increased the critical current density again, but could not fully recover it. These might be connected with the formation of (Y,Sm)123 matrix with local low T c phase owing to the substitution of Sm for Ba sites in Sm rich regions. The magnetic levitation force and its decay with time were also tested and compared for with and without the Sm211 additions.
