基于富氏滤波测频算法的改进研究

【摘要】 在传统的基于富氏滤波频率跟踪算法的基础上,应用电力系统频率暂态模型对其测量误差进行详细分析,提出了改进的频率跟踪实用算法。新的算法有效地补偿了富氏滤波的时间响应对频率测量造成的影响,提高了算法的暂态测频精度。其程序和计算非常简单。数值仿真及实际应用表明,该算法可以满足系统安全自动装置频率测量的要求。

【Abstract】 This paper has developed an improved practical frequency tracking algorithm which is based on traditional Fourier filtering method and analyzes the deviation carefully by use of the power system frequency transient model. This new method reduces the influence of time response of Fourier filtering on frequency measurement and improves the accuracy of transient frequency measurement. Both the programming and calculation are easy, the results from simulation and practical application show that this algorithm can meet the need of frequency measurement of power system automation equipments.
