联合站油水分离过程动态数学模型

【摘要】 建立了联合站油水分离过程的动态模型,并对模型进行简化处理。以大庆油田采油六厂喇560联合站为例,对油水分离过程模型的稳定性进行了分析,并进行了计算机仿真验证。当各种扰动变化时,模型的输出变化趋势与实际对象的输出响应相符且稳定。

【Abstract】 According to the technological characteristic of oilwater separation in combined stations, a dynamic model of oilwater separation is estiblished. A simplified method of nonlinear model is obtained in order to reduce the calculation. Stabilization analysis and computer simulation test are made based on the model of oilwater separation in La560 combined station of No.6 oil production plant of Daqing oilfield. Simulation result shows that variation tendency of the output from the model is in accord with the output respond of practical process and stable.
