【Abstract】 A remote image transmission system used in Nanjing Fire Control Center is introduced in this paper. This system uses standarded telephone line to transmit motion images and achieves relatively high performance. The method using static and dynamic compressing process is also analyzed in the paper, especially about the I, P and B frame compressing proceess,Frame structure and decompressing process.
