【Abstract】 The present paper reports the results of experiments for better methods in extracting corn yellow pigment for food production by pestling and abstracting cornstarch,distilling the pigment for the extraction of blend solution,rccovering the solution and extracting with reagent by the blend solution in different propertion.The results show that the ided extraction solution is the blend of 3∶2 of petroleum ether and alcochol and that of 3∶2 of acetone and alcochol which can result in the high productivity of pigment,good quality of pigment colour and the high recovery of the extraction solution.更多还原
