标准节流装置在启动和低负荷工况的全补偿

【摘要】 火力发电厂机组在启动和低负荷工况运行时,测量主蒸汽流量的节流装置随之产生附加误差.为消除该误差,流量公式不仅需进行蒸汽密度的压力温度补偿,还需对流量公式中的c,ε,β等全部参数进行压力、温度和差压信号的补偿.因此根据误差分析和数据处理获得了全补偿的流量公式.该公式形式简单、准确度高,适用于计算机和单片机进行在线、实时测量启动和低负荷工况下的主蒸汽流量.

【Abstract】 Additional errors occur to the differential pressure device used to measure the main steam flowrate when the unit operates in the conditions of start up and part load in a steam power plant. In order to eliminate these errors, it is necessary to compensate pressure, temperature and differential pressure signal for the all parameters such as c,ε, and β in the equation of flowrate, as well as pressure and temperature for the steam density in the equation of flowrate. Accordingly the equation of flowrate, in which all parameters concerned are compensated in terms of error analysis and data handling. the equation is simple, accurate, and suitable for computers and chip calculators which are used to, on line and real time, measure main steam flowrate in the conditions of start up and part load.
