DNA错配修复基因产物表达与肿瘤恶性程度相关性的初步探讨

【摘要】 利用免疫组织化学方法检测了20例良性病变及37例恶性病变中错配修复基因MLH1及MSH2基因产物的表达。结果发现:MLH1在良性病变中表达的阳性率为70%(14/20),在恶性病变中为486%(18/37);MSH2在良性病变中表达的阳性率为20%(4/20),在恶性病变中为378%(14/37)。结果说明不同的DNA错配修复基因产物在良恶性病变中表达存在差异。

【Abstract】 Both of MHL1 and MSH2 belong to mismatch repair (MMR) gene family.The gene expressions of MHL1 and MSH2 in 20 cases of benign and 37 cases of malignant tumors were examined immunohistologically with ABC method.The positive expressions of MHL1 were found in 14 out of 20 benign lesions and 18 out of 37 malignant lesions,however,those of MSH2 were found in 4 out of 20 benign lesions and 14 out of 37 malignant.The relationship between MMR gene product expression and malignany of tumor will be farther researched.
