【摘要】 对考虑韧性撕裂的延性断裂评定方法进行了分析研究，重点研究了Ｒ６第３版的高级评定方法．对其第二种分析方法的评定准则提出了改进意见；指出从稳定性考虑，规定用失效评定线与评定点轨迹线间的最低交角要求来替代Ｒ６中的ＦＬｇ／ＦＬ０≥１．２的准则更适宜直观．对少量撕裂扩展的扩展量Δａｇ规定了更为具体的定义．还对防止撕裂失稳的高级工程评定方法，即韧性撕裂全过程的精细评定方法的评定准则作了具体规定．更多还原

【Abstract】 ? By means of the higher categories in R6 Rev. 3, the assessment methods of ductile fracture considering toughness tearing were analyzed and studied. Improvements on assessment criterions of R6 category 2 are suggested. According to the stability, using the smallest angle between the crack growth locus and the assessment line in place of R6 F L g/F L 0≥1.2 is more suitable. The more direct definition for the small amount of ductile tearing Δa g is given. Assessment criterions for the highest assessment method or against tearing instability method are also given directly.更多还原
