铸件变形控制的研究
Study of casting deformation’s controlling
【摘要】 通过测量Al-Cu4.5%合金矩形杆件的变形动态曲线及挠度曲线,研究了杆件变形的特点,以及杆件的尺寸因素、各种工艺条件对控制变形的影响.得到如下结果:(1)矩形杆的变形挠曲线符合方程y=kx2;(2)矩形杆的变形随高度增大呈先增大后减小的变化趋势;(3)提高浇注温度、铸型初始温度,减小底板的激冷能力能有效地控制变形.
【Abstract】 The character of casting deformation and the relationship between every kinds of effect factors and deformation are investigated by measuring deformation curve and warping curve of Al Cu4.5% alloy, rectangle stick castings. The following results are valuable: (1) Warping curve equation of rectangle stick castings deformation is y=kx 2 ; (2) The more the height of castings is, the more the deformation is firstly, but later on, the less; (3) Deformation can be controlled effectively by increasing port temperature, initial mold temperature and decreasing chilling ability of mold.
