间硝基甲苯还原-烷基化合成 N-乙基间甲苯胺
Synthesis of N ethyl m toluidine from m nitrotoluene by reductive alkylation
【摘要】 芳香硝基化合物在加氢催化剂存在下与氢、醇反应,可直接制得N-单烷基芳胺.研究了在雷尼镍(Raneynickel)催化下间硝基甲苯还原—烷基化直接制N-乙基间甲苯胺的工艺,通过GC-MS对反应产物进行了分析,证明该工艺兼有高转化率和高选择性的优点
【Abstract】 N monoalkyl aromatic amines are synthesized in high conversions and selectivities from corresponding nitro compounds by reacting with hydrogen and alcohol in the presence of hydrogenation catalyst. The synthetic techniques of N ethyl m toluidine from m nitrotoluene and ethanol by catalysis of Raney nickel are studied. The reaction products are analysed by GC MS. The reaction mechanism of reductive alkylation is discussed.
