现代多媒体和通信技术在配电网中的应用──多媒体SCADA系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 将当今先进的多媒体技术与电力系统的通信技术有机地结合起来,设计了多媒体SCADA(数据采集与监控)系统。该系统是由定点式远方站、移动式远方站、监控中心站和查询终端经现有通信网构成的分布式网络系统,能够实时采集和处理无人值班变电站的图像、声音、温度、GPS定位定时及电气数据等信息,并以定时、自动报警或远程控制方式实现多媒体时序信息包的存储、传输和网络共享。
【Abstract】 A Multimedia SCADA system of Non-attended is designed, by combining the advancedmultimedia technology with the modern communication technology in power system. It is Consist of fixed remote stations, mobile remote stations, monitoring central stations and inquiring stations via the current communication networks. Realtime information, such as image, sound, position and time from GPS,temperature and electric data of the unmanned substation are collected and processed. The storage, transmission and share of the time sequence information packages in ways of timing, automatic alarming or remote control in realized.
