【Abstract】 The Merger & Acquisition is one of important aspects in capital operation of listed company. To general evaluation and therefor properly selection of potential listed company to be merged are key problems to be success. The processing and modeling of how to evaluate the potential listed company to be merged using Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP) are mainly discussed.
