一种新型芳纶改性用第三单体4,4’-二氨基苄基哌嗪的合成与产品结构分析
Synthesize and Analyse a New Third Comonomer of Modify Kevlar 4,4’ - diaminobenzyl Piperazine
【摘要】 合成了一种用以芳纶改性的新的第三单体。以无水哌嗪、对硝基氯苄为原料,进行缩合反应得到4,4’-二硝基苄基哌嗪,然后再用氯化亚锡还原制得4,4’-二氨基苄基哌嗪,并且找到了最佳反应条件。MS,IR,NMR分析结果表明谊合成路线是可行的。
【Abstract】 4,4’- dinitrobenzyl Piperazine is prepared as intermediate by the condensation of anhydrous piperazine and P-nitrobenzyl chloride. Under the reduction of SnCl2, the intermediate is converted into 4,4’ - diaminobenzyl Piperazine . Finally the structure of the third and intermediate are analysed using MS, IR, NMR. The results show that the syn-thesis method is convenient.
