用于熔融纺丝加工的聚丙烯腈树脂的性能研究
Study of Properties of Melt Spinning PAN Resin
【摘要】 研究了自制的可熔融聚丙烯腈(MPAN)树脂的可熔融性及其熔体的流变性能。应用多种测试手段测定了MPAN树脂的相对分子质量、AN(丙烯腈单元)含量等。结果表明,MPAN树脂可以在190~220℃熔融挤出,其熔体为切力变稀的非牛顿流体,随温度增加,MPAN树脂熔体的流动性变好;树脂中的第二单体含量增加,MPAN树脂熔体粘度减小,其相对分子质量和AN含量应低于普通纤维级聚丙烯腈树脂。
【Abstract】 Some properties of the meltable PAN (MPAN) resin is studied , such as chemical composition , molecular weight , the contents of AN unit and the reologic property. The experimental result shows : the contents of AN unit and the molecular weight of MPAN resin should be less than the common PAN resin used for fibers : MPAN melt is a Newton melt that can be extruded at the temperature of 190-2201; the flow properly of it improves with the rising of temperature and increasing of the content of MA.
