单级赝火花开关耐受电压的研究

【摘要】 对影响单级赝火花开关耐受电压的主要因素,如工作气体、气压、极间隙和孔径等进行了系统的研究。结果表明:氦气是较理想的工作气体,空气与氮气相近,氩气不适合作工作气体;耐受电压随电极孔径减小而增大,但因孔径太小,空心阴极的作用减弱,孔径不应小于2mm;耐受电压随极间隙减小而增大,对每一间隙有一最大值,该最大值随极间隙减小而减小。

【Abstract】 The parameters which affect the hold off voltage of the one stage pseudo spark switch such as the working gas,the pressure,the gap distance and the hole diameter of the electrodes have been studied.The experiment results show that helium is a best choice as the working gas;argon is not suitable for switching applications;air is similar to nitrogen and better than argon;the hold off voltage inverses with the gap distance of the electrodes and the diameter of the hole on the electrodes,but the diameter of the hole should not be smaller than 2 mm due to the role of the hollow cathode is weakened;there is an upper limit of the hold off voltage corresponding to the gap and the limit decreases with the gap.
