异步电机柔性控制系统
A FLEXIBLE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR INDUCTION MOTOR
【摘要】 近年来,随着计算机及数字信号处理器(DSP)技术的发展,异步机的全数字化控制已步入成熟阶段。本文提出了一种异步电机柔性控制系统的方案。介绍了算法仿真、混合仿真及双CPU控制系统的实现。本控制系统的核心为PC机及TMS320C30DSP开发板。PC机主机负责处理用户界面、PWM波形发生、A/D数据获取及对DSP的控制。DSP处理控制算法、参数估计、状态观测等。本文还将讨论数字实现的混合仿真,并附有实验结果。
【Abstract】 AC drives based on full digital control have reached the maturing status with the recent development of computer and DSP (Digital Signal Processing) techniques. In this paper a scheme of flexible control system of IM is proposed. This system is independent of the hardware, software structure, has the ability to extend and adapt to varying requirements. The work concentrated mainly on the algorithm simulation, hybrid simulation and realizing of the dual CPU control system. The core of the control system is a Host PC and a TMS320C30 DSP developing board. User interface, PWM pulse generation, A/D data acquisition and DSP control are all done by a Host PC. DSP deals with control algorithm, parameter estimation and state observation. Based on I/O data streams, the digital implementation of hybrid simulation is the key feature of the system. The performance of the real time system is reported when implementing an AC induction motor.
