榆林病区水黄腐酸对大鼠的急性毒性实验报告

【摘要】 报告了榆林大骨节病新发户水黄腐酸(FA)对大鼠急性毒性实验结果。以400mg·FA/kgBW一天灌胃于组Ⅲ的4只鼠观察7天,以300mg·FA/kgBW·d灌胃于组Ⅱ的5只鼠,其中1只连续3天,1只4天,1只6天,余2只连续7天。全部动物于实验第8天取材处死。实验结果:未见两组大鼠FA致死的鼠。未见两组大鼠主要生命器官和骨软骨病理形态变化。组Ⅲ鼠摄FA量是病区儿童每公斤体重等效剂量的6800倍,组Ⅱ鼠7天摄入量达2100mg/kgBW,是病区儿童98年的量。实验证明如此大剂量病区FA经消化道接触大鼠并未导致后者有可察觉的毒性损害表现

【Abstract】 In this paper, the results of an acute toxicity experiment to rats with fulvie acid (FA) in well water from a newly developed family of Kaschin Beck disease in Yu lin are reported. Four hundred mg·FA/kg Bw were poured into stomaches of 4 rats of group Ⅲ one day and observed for 7 days; 300mg·FA/kg BW·d were poured into stomaches of 5 rats of group Ⅱ, one of them was continued for 3 days, one for 4 days, one for 6 days and the other two were continued for 7 days. All animals were sampled and excuted on the 8th day of the experiment period. The results were that no one was pisoned to death by FA in two groups, and no pathomorphological change of any main life organ and osteo cartilage was foud. FA intake of every rat of group Ⅲ was 6 800 times of equivalent effect dose/kg BW of a child in the disease region. And FA intake of every rat of group Ⅱ for 7 days was up to 2 100mg/kg BW. which would be equal to total intake of a child for 98 years in the disease region. The experiment showed that such large dosed FA from the disease region were acted to rats through alimentary canals and no visible toxic injury in organs and tissues of the rats could be seen.
