【Abstract】 The biotin-labeled probe had been established and used to detect c-myc gene in 44 cases of elder NIDDM patients.The positive rate was 81 8%(36/44), this result was not concerned with the course of illness and blood sugar level,but it had obvious genetic characterization.The function of c-myc gene was discussed in NIDDM and heart disease.The biotin-labeled probe is safe,specific and longer for preservation.It supplies a new method for gene analysis in elder NIDDM patients.更多还原
