电镀非晶态镍磷合金的研究
Study of Amorphous Nickel-Phosphorus Alloy Electroplating
【摘要】 采用亚磷酸-镍盐体系制得光亮镍磷镀层,研究了镀液组成、电流密度、温度等对镀层性能和电流效率的影响,优选出分别获得最佳镀层耐蚀性、硬度和电流效率的工艺条件;分析了耐蚀非晶态镍磷合金镀层的形成原因,即在电镀过程中,镀层形成了类似Ni3P的稳定结构。
【Abstract】 Bright Ni-P alloy electrodeposits were obtained in phosphorus acid-nickel salt bath. Effects of bath contents, current densities, and temperature on properties of electrodeposits and count efficiency were studied. Plating parameters were optimized to obtain the deposits with good corrosion resistane, high hardness and current efficiency separately. The formation mechanism of amorphous corrosion-resistant nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits was investigated, i. e., stable Ni-P structure was formed with atomic ratio of nickel to phosphorus of 3 to 1.
