抗病基因对大豆孢囊线虫1号生理小种的选择作用
SELECTION OF RESISTANCE GENES ON THE POPULATIONS OF RACE 1 OF HETERODERA GLYCINES IN SOYBEANS
【摘要】 在盆栽条件下,强迫大豆孢囊线虫1号生理小种的群体在抗病品种上繁殖10-12代,用一套鉴定大豆孢囊线虫生理小种的鉴别品种,重新鉴定经抗病基因选择后的大豆孢囊线虫的生理小种类型,鉴定结果表明:原来为1号生理小种的线虫群体,经在抗病品种Peking和Franklin上连续选择12代之后,变为4号小种;经在小粒黑豆上选择之后变为5号小种;经在铁丰18上选择之后变为6号小种;经在Fayete和小粒黑上选择之后变为9号小种。
【Abstract】 The populations of race 1 of soybean cyst nematode (SCN), Heterodera glycines, were challenged to reproduce on resistant soybeans for 10-12 generations during 1986-1996, and then all the populations selected were retested their race status on the differential hosts of soybean cyst nematode. The results showed that the populations of the race 1 selected on resistant soybeans Peking and Franklin acted as race 4; on Xiaoli Black, as race 5; on Tiefeng 18, as race 6; on Fayette and Xiaoli Black, as race 9.
