含SF6混合气体电击穿特征的试验研究
Experimental Study of Electrical Breakdown Characteristic of Gaseous Mixtures Consisting of SF 6
【摘要】 研究了ＳＦ６及Ｎ２、ＣＯ２、ＣＣｌ２Ｆ２、ＣＣｌ４二元混合气体的电击穿特性。结果表明：二元混合气体ＳＦ６／Ｎ２、ＳＦ６／ＣＯ２中ＳＦ６含量为５０％～６０％时，其耐电强度与ＳＦ６的耐电强度接近，而价格低于ＳＦ６。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the electrical breakdown characteristic of binary gaseous mixtures of SF 6 with N 2、CO 2、CCl 2F 2、and CCl 4 is studied The experimental results indicate that when SF 6 content of gaseous mixtures of SF 6/N 2、SF 6/CO 2 are 50%～60%, its electrical strength will get near to that of pure SF 6 , thus its cost is reduced
