70Mn15钢制无磁模具的渗硼强化
Hardening the Nonmagnetic Mould Made of the Steel of 70Mn15Cr2Al3 VWMo by Boronization
【摘要】 利用液体渗硼对70Mn15Cr2Al3VWMo钢制成的无磁模具进行处理.结果表明,其表面形成了Fe2B,硬度达HV1450,耐磨性提高5倍以上,磁导率为1258μH/m,模具的使用寿命提高3倍以上.
【Abstract】 The nonmagnetic mould made of 70Mn15Cr2Al3VWMo was processed by boronization in the melt state. The result showed that:Fe 2B was formed on its surface,its hardness up to HV1450,its wear resistance improved by 5 times,its magnetoconductivity 1 258μH/m,and its service life prolonged to 3 times or more.
