加热速度对煤气化反应性影响的机理
Mechanism of Effect of Heating Speed on Coal Reactivity
【摘要】 采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、BET动态吸附法等手段研究了直接还原回转窑用煤粒(8~12mm)经不同加热速度处理后煤结构的变化,研究结果表明:快速加热条件下煤的挥发分大量快速放出,使碳的颗粒破裂,微孔隙增多增大,碳的比表面积增大,使反应性发生变化.这一研究结果初步揭示了加热速度对煤气化反应性影响机理.
【Abstract】 The change of coal particles (8~12mm) in structure was treated at different heating speeds by means of microscope,SEM and BET model. The result shows:when being heated at a higher speed,it′s internal tissues are torn open,the micropores inside it increase and grow in size,the specific surfacial area of carban also enlarge,thus leading to the change of reactivity. The research initially discovered the mechanism of effect of heating speed on coal carboxyreactivity.
