定向凝固过程中的溶质径向分凝
RADIAL SOLUTE SEGREGATION DURING UNIDIRECTIONAL SOLIDIFICATION
【摘要】 基于实际定向凝固系统的对称性,采用线性近似方法计算了柱坐标系中、扩散控制条件下二元合金走向凝固时微弯曲固液界面导致的溶质径向下均匀分布结果表明溶质径向分凝定性上正比于溶质Peclet数、相对界面深度h·R-1及1-k(k为平衡溶质分凝系数)稍小于Coriell等由平面直角坐标系得出的结果
【Abstract】 Based on the symmetry of an actual unidirectional solidification system, the slightly curved liquid-solid interface related radial solute distribution inhomogeneity during difFusion-controlled steady-state unidirectional solidification of a binary alloy is calculated by means of linear approximation in a cylindrical coordinate system. The results show that the radial solute segregation is qualitatively proportional to the solute Peclet number. relative interface depth h. R-1 and (1-k). where k is the equilibrium solute partition coefficient. Also, it is slightly quantitatively smaller than Coriell et al’s result gotten from the planar rectangular coordinate system.
