激光加热下铜的再结晶织构及其机制探讨
RECRYSTALLIZATION TEXTURE IN COPPER HEATED BY LASER BEAM AND DISCUSSION ON ITS MECHANISM
【摘要】 冷变形金属再结晶织构受加热速度的影响很大、利用激光超快速加热方法对冷轧纯铜进行再结晶处理其织构转变动力学过程与普通加热时不同,并受冷轧量的影响对于冷轧70%样品,完全再结晶时的织构非常漫散;而冷轧83%样品的完全再结晶织构由冷轧组分与立方组分组成、伴随着再结晶晶粒长大,两种样品中立方织构增强引用Gibbs-Thomson关系式,讨论了立方织构的形成机制.
【Abstract】 Recrystallization textures of cold deformed metals are greatly affected by heating rate. In this paper, the laser heating technique was applied to the ultra-rapidly annealing of coldrolled pure copper. The results showed that the texture development kinetics are different from those observed in conventional annealing, and they are closely related to rolling reduction. When preliminary recrystallization completes, the grain orientation distribution is nearly random for the rolled copper with 70% reduction, whereas the cube-type and Cu-type textures co-exist in the case of 83% reduction. The development of the cube component is accompanied with the continuous grain growth for both groups of the samples. The possible mechanisms of cube component formation were discussed on the basis of the Gibbs-Thomson formulation.
