【摘要】 近年来，城市规划行业发展很快，在学术上不断探索，不断引进国外新的理论和观念，国家对城市规划的管理日趋深化，各地在实践中也纷纷采用新的方法和手段．为了更好地把握这一发展趋势，以适应我国社会经济体制的改革和发展；为了推动城市规划行业的发展，推动城市规划的技术进步，加快新理论的普及和应用；为了推广各级规划部门在实践中的创新和优秀经验，中国城市规划设计研究院成立了“中国城市规划发展趋势”课题组，计划陆续推出城市规划发展趋势年度报告。本文为其第一个报告，是一个探索性的成果，在此刊出供同行们参考．更多还原
