超临界流体干燥法制备MnZn铁氧体超细粉末

【摘要】 采用超临界流体干燥法(SCFD)合成出了MnZn铁氧体超细粉末,并且与水热法和共沉淀法作了比较。利用X射线衍射(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及振动样品磁强计(VSM)等先进仪器对超细铁氧体粉末进行了表征。结果表明:在超临界状态(260℃,8.0MPa)下能够合成出结晶良好的立方尖晶石结构的MnZn铁氧体超细粉末,其磁性能明显要高于由水热法和共沉淀法制得的粉末的磁性能。

【Abstract】 The ultrafines of MnZn ferrite was prepared by supercritical fluid drying(SCFD),and which was compared with the hydrothermal method and coprecipitation method.The ultrafines of MnZn ferrite was investigated by X ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) x and vibrating specimen magnetometer,etc.The results indicated that the well crystallized cubic spinel structure of ultrafines of MnZn ferrite could be synthesized at the supercritical state(260℃,8.0MPa),and the magnetic properties were remarkable better than those obtained by hydrothermal method and coprecipitation method.
