【摘要】 研究了Ga、Zr等微量元素对HDDR工艺制备的Nd(Fe,Co)B磁粉各向异性的影响。实验指出:在采用HDDR工艺制备Nd(Fe,Co)B磁粉时,加入少量的Ga、Zr等元素后,磁粉的晶粒结构没有明显的改变。磁粉的剩磁增强,磁能积增加,是由于在歧化过程中少量尚未充分分解的2∶14∶1硬磁性四方相成为再结合过程中晶粒成长的核,使新产生的晶粒具有一定的定向取向性,从而使磁粉具有磁各向异性。

【Abstract】 The effects of trace clements Ga and Zr on the anisotropy of HDDR processed Nd (Fe,Co)B magnetic powders have been studied. No obvious changes in crystalline structure have been found for small amount of Ga and Zr addition. The increases of remanent polarization and magnetic energy product are attributed to the enhanced anisotropy of powders.A little undecomposed 2:14:1 hard phase in the disproportionation process may act as nuclei for the growth or recrystallization of the Nd2 (Fe,Co)14B phase during the desorption step, then the newly grown grains possess the preferred orientation and enhancement in anisotropy is achieved.
