【摘要】 目的：探讨营养透析（ＮＨＤ）对慢性肾功能不全（ＣＲＦ）病人的疗效。方法：观察３０例ＣＲＦ病人进行ＮＨＤ前、后各营养评价指标的变化，以ＮＨＤ前、后自身对照，数据对比用配对ｔ检验。结果：ＮＨＤ后病人血ＰＡＢ、ＡＬＢ、ＴＬＣ、Ｈｇｂ及Ｈｃｔ均提高，而血脂质及载脂蛋白水平无明显变化。结论：营养透析作为防治ＣＲＦ营养不良的新型疗法具有良好的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To investigate the effect of nutritive hemodialysis(NHD) on chronic renal failure(CRF) patients. Methods:30 cases of CRF patients were treated with NHD for 2￣8 weeks.The nutritive indeses were compared before and after the treatment. Results:PAB,Alb,TLC,Hgb and Hct increased after NHD whereas lipid and apoprotein in blood were stalbe. Conclusions:As a new therapy of preventing and treating malnutrition of CRF,NHD has good curative effect.更多还原
