【摘要】 应用扫描电子显微镜对豆科蔬菜花粉形态进行了观察。结果表明：豆科蔬菜花粉类型较多，形状有长球形、近球形和球形；萌发孔有3孔沟、3拟孔沟和3孔等类型；外壁纹饰以网状雕纹花粉较多。对花粉的大小、P/E比等数量性状进行了聚类分析。分析比较结果为研究其系统演化和分类提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pollen morphology of 7 genera, 7 species, 2 subspecies and 4 varieties of vegetable legumes had been examined by aid of the scanning electron microscope(SEM) and described in this paper. Pollen grains are suboblate, subspheroidal, spheroidal, 3-colporate, 3-like colporate, and 3-pore. The ornamentation of exine mainiy was perforate, but there were others under SEM. The key of pollen morphology was registered on the basis of size, shape aperture and exine structure. At the same time, cluster analysis bnd on polaraxiss (P), equatorial(E),P/E, colpate length and pore diameter was carried out to study the useful value of palynology,And to the result of karyotype study, the systematics and relatives among them were discussed.更多还原
