形变热处理提高1Cr18Ni9Ti钢的热强性及机理研究
THE THERMO MECHANICAL TREATMENT IMPROVING HIGH TEMPERATURE STRENTH AND RESEARCH ON MECHANISM OF STEEL 1Cr18Ni9Ti
【摘要】 研究的热强化处理主要是以"多边化强化"处理对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢蠕变性能的影响,探讨了"多边化强化"工艺可有效地改善1Cr18Ni9Ti钢的蠕变性能,大大地减小其蠕变变形量和残余变形量,特别是能显著减小蠕变第一阶段的变形量,同时缩短蠕变第一阶段的时间。多边化处理后,碳化物的析出及完整、稳定的亚结构的形成是1Cr18Ni9Ti钢蠕变强度提高的本质原因。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses heat strength treatment mainly by "polynization strength" treatmenteffecting creep property of steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti and computer optimizaing of "polynization strength"treatment and strength mechanism. The study result shows that "polynization strength" techniquemay effectively improve the creep property of steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, the creep deformation and itsresidual deformation are decreased considerably, the creep deformation in the first stage may bedecreased appreciably and the creep duration in the first stage is shortened. After polynizationtreatment, it is essential causation that creep strength of steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti is improve by thesparating out of carbide and creation of intact stability of the substructure.
