非均匀磁化条件下铁磁材料内部的磁场分布
Magnetic Field Distribution in Ferromagnetic Material Under Condition of Uneven Magnetization
【摘要】 铁磁材料内部磁场分布的计算是漏磁通无损检测的基本问题之一。本文首先分析了磁场分布研究的现状和存在问题,利用偿试函数的方法建立了非均匀磁化条件下磁导率μ-H 关系的数学模型,给出了漏磁通无损检测中常用的 U- 型永磁体磁化的材料内部的磁场分布的近似数学表达式,最后作了讨论并指出待解决的问题。
【Abstract】 The Calculation of magnetic field distribution in ferromagnetic material is one of fundamental problems of MFL nondestructive test. By using trial and error method, a mathematics model of u =u (H) was obtained. On basis of u (H), the magnetic field distribution in ferromagnetic material magnetized by U-shaped permanent magnet was given. Finally, some unsolved problems were pointed out.
