一种贝氏体高强钢焊接HAZ奥氏体转变动力学控制的研究
STUDY ON THE TRANSITION DYNAMIC CONTROL OF THE WELDING OF HAZ AUSTENITE BY MEANS OF A KIND OF BAINITE HIGH STRENGTH STEEL
【摘要】 对一种SiMn3型贝氏体高强钢的焊接HAZ奥氏体转变动力学控制进行了研究.结果表明,焊接条件的变化只会改变HAZ某点的热循环温度和影响HAZ宽度.控制好t8/5是控制HAZ奥氏体转变的关键,t8/5为6.3s可使HAZ过热区不产生脆化且保持与基材相当的强韧性.
【Abstract】 The transition dynamic control of the welding of HAZ Austenite by means of a kind of Bainite high strength steel is studied. The results show that the chang of welding condition only bring about changes of thermal cycle temperature of a certain point of HAZ and its width. To control t8/5 well is the key to control the transition of HAZ Austinite. The overheat areas of HAZ aren’t brittle and keep the same strong toughness as backing when t8/5 is 6. 3 seconds.
