焊管成型辊辊型的优化设计
THE OPTIMUM DESIGN OF ROLL CAMBER OF WELDED TUBE FORMING ROLL
【摘要】 针对焊管成型辊辊型设计的最优化问题,即要求保证诸如在成型过程中,金属板带的边部张力应小于限定值以避免出现“边浪”,以及各辊的传动功率相等等,定出了一个计算机辅助设计系统,当所需产品(例如圆管)的尺寸给定之后,这个系统可给出一系列能满足各种要求的辊型,以实现设计辊型的最优化.
【Abstract】 In view of the optimization of the design of roll camber of welded tube forming roll,namely,in the course of forming,the side tension of metal plate band is required to be less than limited value so as to avoid waveshape and the equalization of transmission power of each roller,a computer-aided design system is made.When the size of the required product e.g.round tube,is determined,a series of roll cambers which can satisfy all kinds of requirements can be offered by this system so as to carry out the optimization of designing roll camber.
