高温钼坯生产工艺研究
Production of HighTemperature Molybdenum Blank
【摘要】 介绍了La2O3对还原钼粉粒度、形貌的影响,以及高温钼坯制取技术。结果表明:随着La2O3含量的增加,钼粉粒度逐渐减小,颗粒形貌规则化。用掺La2O3的钼粉与纯钼粉搭配后,可制取密度高,结晶细的坯料,且成品率较高
【Abstract】 The effect of La2O3 on the particle size and morphology of the reduced Mo powder, and a technique for producing hightemperature Mo blanks are introduced. The results show that with the increase of the content of La2O3, the particle size of the Mo powder gradually decreases and its shape becomes more regular. By blending La2O3doped Mo powder with pure Mo powder, Mo blanks with high density, grain size, and higher yield can be attained.
