高温钼坯生产工艺研究

【摘要】 介绍了La2O3对还原钼粉粒度、形貌的影响,以及高温钼坯制取技术。结果表明:随着La2O3含量的增加,钼粉粒度逐渐减小,颗粒形貌规则化。用掺La2O3的钼粉与纯钼粉搭配后,可制取密度高,结晶细的坯料,且成品率较高

【Abstract】 The effect of La2O3 on the particle size and morphology of the reduced Mo powder, and a technique for producing hightemperature Mo blanks are introduced. The results show that with the increase of the content of La2O3, the particle size of the Mo powder gradually decreases and its shape becomes more regular. By blending La2O3doped Mo powder with pure Mo powder, Mo blanks with high density, grain size, and higher yield can be attained.
