Ti-31合金循环变形特性研究
Cyclic Deformation Characteristic of Ti-31 Alloy
【摘要】 研究了Ti31合金循环变形的力学行为及组织特征。研究表明:当循环应变Δε/2=0.6%~1.0%时,合金具有明显的应变滞后现象,循环次数对硬化环的宽度无明显影响,循环变形特性主要表现为循环饱和。循环变形后α相内产生大量位错增殖,形成位错环。
【Abstract】 Cyclic deformation characteristic and microstructure of Ti-31 alloy has been studied. It is found that strain hysteresis is obvious as cyclic strain Δε/2=06%~10%. The cycle index has no marked influence on the width of cyclic hysteresis loop. Cyclic deformation characterises cyclic saturation. Cyclic deformation makes a lot of dislocations reproduce and become dislocation loops in α phase.
