掺杂Fe对贮氢合金Ml(Ni-Co-Mn-Ti)5电化学性能的影响
Effects of Fe Doping on Electrochemical Properties ofMl(NiCoMnTi)5 Hydrogen Storage Alloy
【摘要】 针对混合稀土金属中含有不定量的Fe杂质及贮氢电极合金在熔炼过程中容易混入Fe杂质的特点,采用在Ml(NiCoMnTi)5合金中人为地添加不同量Fe的方法,系统地研究了Fe掺杂量对贮氢电极合金Ml(NiCoMnTi)5电化学性能的影响。结果表明:微量Fe(x≤0.05)掺杂时合金的放电容量有所提高,但随着Fe掺杂量的进一步增多,合金的放电容量逐渐下降;增加Fe掺杂量可以改善合金的活化性能;掺杂Fe的存在不同程度地提高了充放电循环稳定性,但也不同程度地降低了合金的高倍率放电性能。
【Abstract】 Effects of Fe doping on the electrochemical properties of Ml(NiCoMnTi)5 hydrogen storage alloy have been investigated by adding various amounts of iron to Ml(NiCoMnTi)5 alloy. It is found that the discharge capacities of Ml(NiCoMnTi)5 Fex alloys increase with minor amounts of iron(x≤005) doping, but they decrease while the doped iron content(atomic ratio) increases from 005 to 050. The electrochemical activation and cycling stability of the alloy are improved with increasing the doped iron content, but the highratedischargeability decreases at the same time.
