新型抗燃气腐蚀长寿命定向凝固合金显微组织对机械性能的影响
Effect of Microstructure of New Cas Corrosion Proof Long life and Directionally Solidified Alloys on Mechanical Properties
【摘要】 新研制的抗燃气腐蚀长寿命定向凝固合金的机械性能与Ｒｅｎé８０、ＩＮ－３７８（Ｍ３８）、ＤＳ－Ｒｅｎé８０等合金进行了比较。从成分、γ＇相、碳化物、硼化物、晶粒结构、偏析及缺陷等方面阐述了显微组织对机械性能的影响。
【Abstract】 The mechnical properties of the newly developed alloy is compared with those of Ren80, IN-378(M38) and Ds Ren80, and the effect of microstructure on mechanical properties is discussed in terms of composition, r’ phase, boride, crystaline structure and defects.
